The Refractory signs tenants for creative warehouse space
The owners of a redeveloped industrial building near the Santa Fe Arts District signed two new tenants. Owner 890 Navajo LLC signed the tenants at The Refractory, a newly redeveloped industrial building at 890 Navajo St., in two direct deals. Russell Gruber of Gruber Commercial Real Estate Inc. facilitated the transactions on behalf of the landlord.
