Dakland Solutions and UPM Mechanical Leases
DENVER – A health care solutions provider has signed a new lease for 4100 Grape St.
Steve Fletcher of Gruber Commercial Real Estate facilitated the lease between landlord Wilkins II-B LLC and tenant Dakland Solutions.
Dakland Solutions provides hospitals and clinics with “support and innovative solutions to structure and manage medical supplies and equipment,” according to the company’s website. Dakland Solutions will use the 37,040-sf facility for distribution.
DENVER – The 20,054-sf industrial building at 5010 N. Cook St. sold to 5010 Cook Street LLC for $3.25 million.
Russell Gruber of Gruber Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction. Sam Dragan of CBRE represented the seller, Blender Products Inc.
The property will be used by UPM Mechanical, a contracting, service and management company, for its warehouse and services. The purchase is an expansion for the company, Gruber said.
