Shanahan Development LLC purchased 67,008 square feet of land at 1530 W. 13th Ave. in Denver for $5.75 million from Savio House. The buyer plans to build income-restricted housing. Russell Gruber of Gruber Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Chris Wiedenmayer of CW Real Estate Partners represented the seller.
