DENVER – Red Fisch LLC leased two neighboring units in the River North neighborhood.
Red Fisch LLC leased its 32,450-sf warehouse at 4501 Wynkoop St., B2, to CCFR LLC, an event rentals company. CCFR LLC was represented by CBRE’s Sam Dragan in the transaction.
Tanner Fanello of Fuller Real Estate represented the Colorado Floor Co. in its lease of a 14,707-industrial space at 4501 Wynkoop St., B1.
Russell Gruber of Gruber Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented Red Fisch LLC in both lease transactions.
