Denver – Gi Investments LLC purchased the 40,000-sf warehouse facility on 4.29 acres at 4920 Washington St. in Denver and will occupy the building. The buyer acquired the property from seller 4920 Washington Street LLC for $6.9. Russell Gruber of Gruber Commercial Real Estate exclusively brokered the off-market transaction.
