The Pipeline 2.0: Gruber Commercial Real Estate

Gruber Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Waste Connections of Colorado Inc. purchased 4150 E. 60th Ave. in Commerce City for $8 million from GI Investments LLC. Russell Gruber represented the seller. Ryan Searle of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer.

Highland Properties 1222 LLC purchased the two-building industrial property with fenced yard at 4901 Locust St. in Commerce City for $3 million from The Constance M. Delio Revocable Trust. Steve Fletcher represented the seller.

4350 Broadway Holdings LLC purchased 5,000 warehouse square feet at 4350 Broadway in Denver for $1.2 million from 4350 N Broadway LLC. Russell Gruber represented the seller.
